Every one should pay attention to his or her heart condition because a lot of deaths are due to heart diseases, but the good news is that we have a ton of information on how to prevent heart attacks and strokes; this can be achieved by healthy living and eating.

Furthermore, potatoes are good for your health as long as they are not fried; they are rich in fiber and potassium which are good for your heart and blood pressure; that is why potatoes cannot be considered junk foods.
