10. Take your medications
Following your accurate prescribed medication and dosages is an intensely important thing. These drugs are meant to cure the imbalanced chemicals in your brain so do take them seriously. It is not your fault, it is nothing to worry about and it definitely does not make you less of a human being if not more as you had the courage to face it!
9. Believe
If you already do believe in God, then renew your faith and deepen your love for Him. If you do not believe in God, then remember that you once saw life more appealing and believe in those moments. Do know that nothing is more powerful than faith for it is how we pass all the atrocities in our world.
8. Surround yourself with your loved ones
Tell your loved ones about it and tell them how you feel. Being surrounded with your family and friends can always help you in surviving the mood swings that depression might cause you to have. Engage in the normal family activities and act normally.
