1- Push and Touch, targets your shoulders, chest and upper back.
– Stand up straight with your feet, shoulders width apart, your arms should be straight down with your palms facing forward.
– Raise your arms up ti shoulders levels with your palms open and facing the ceiling.
– Slowly raise your arms above your head while keeping your palms facing behind you.
– Return your arms back to shoulders level then slowly back to starting position, don’t move any other part of your body.
Do three sets of six repeats.
2- Bent-over Circular Row. Targets the biceps, chest, mid-back, and upper back.
– Slightly bend your knees while keeping your abs engaged.
– bend forward in a way to make your upper body parallel to the floor , keep your hands extended forward to the floor.
– gently circle your arms to the left side, up then to your chest, over to the right side then back down.
– Do three sets of 10 to 12 repeats.
3- Elbow Kiss. Targets Your Shoulders and chest.
– Raise your arms to shoulder level with your palms facing upwards.
-bend your elbows to a 90° angle and pull your arms together until the elbows kiss and forearms touch. Don’t raise your shoulders.
– Get back to starting position by slowly reversing the steps.
– Do three sets of 10 to 12 repeats.
